Parts of a paragraph

1- TOPIC SENTENCE: It deals with the subject that is going to be discussed in the paragraph´s body. In order to make an effective topic sentence, the topic chosen should be interesting. 

2- BODY (heart of the paragraph): It includes the supporting details and arguments for the topic sentence. 
There are 2 ways to order the ideas: by importance and chronologically (order of events)

3- CLOSING SENTENCE: It has two main functions: to remind the readers what you are writing about and to keep them thinking.
